We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Technician to join our team at BluSky. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in responding to emergency situations and restoring properties to their original condition.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct water extraction and mitigation to prevent further damage
- Perform fire and smoke cleaning and restoration to restore properties to their original condition
- Implement microbial remediation to eliminate harmful bacteria and mold
- Provide vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up services to ensure properties are safe and secure
- Supervise temporary labor personnel and manage field operations to ensure efficient and effective restoration
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Possess a valid driver's license and pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Be able to work on-call 24 hours a day and respond to emergency situations as needed
- Have 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred
