Job Summary

University Health is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Long Term Care Operations Coordinator to join our team at Lakewood Medical Center. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the administrative operations of the Long Term Care Facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping and financial management.
  • Provide support to the LTC Administrator and collaborate with the team to achieve operational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in combination of education and experience.
  • Three years of progressive administrative experience in a Long Term Care environment or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written, skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web maintenance.
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor and demonstrate excellent customer relations skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain sensitive information and maintain highest levels of confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with foreign language groups of the organization's patient populations.
