Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our diagnostic imaging department.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain various types of medical imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them for optimal results.
- Conduct imaging procedures, such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results.
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
