Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the creation and continuous assessment of comprehensive financial models for corporate planning and budgeting purposes
  • Develop internal and external presentations, including those for investors, quarterly and year-end earnings releases, board materials, and routine internal reviews
  • Generate variance reports that compare budget forecasts with actual performance and consensus
  • Execute financial models to evaluate the effects of various operational and financial scenarios
  • Assess and execute capital market opportunities
  • Contribute to the analysis of acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives by constructing corporate merger models, evaluating optimal financing structures, and performing accretion/dilution assessments
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Deals Advisory/Transaction Advisory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas sector is essential
