Position Overview:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in delivering essential care to residents in a skilled nursing environment. Under the guidance of licensed nursing staff, the CNA is responsible for implementing care plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, mobility, bathing, and personal hygiene.
2. Ensure the comfort and safety of residents by utilizing proper techniques and equipment during transfers and ambulation.
3. Collaborate with nursing staff to follow and execute individualized treatment plans that cater to the physical and emotional needs of residents.

Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Connecticut.
- Valid CPR certification.
