Job Description

Silver Leaf SWPPP is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing top-notch SWPPP services in Utah and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Erosion and Sediment Control Crew Member.

Compensation: This position offers an estimated hourly salary of $22.00, based on experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain BMPs at various construction sites, following established guidelines and protocols.
  • Assist in maintaining our fleet of vehicles, adhering to strict safety standards.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and contribute to a positive team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of basic construction site safety principles.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and good driving record, with a DOT Physical examination (if hired).
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with heavy machinery and equipment.
  • Basic understanding of construction site safety regulations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
