Early Childhood Educator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Magnolia ISD. As a key member of our childcare services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our care.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and ensure the safety and security of children in the classroom, on outings, and to and from outside play areas.
  • Assist children with all physical functions, such as feeding, diapering, toileting, walking, and standing.
  • Make teachers aware of special needs or problems of individual students.
  • Observe and document developmental progress of children.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties, including lifting and climbing.
  • Follow district safety protocols and emergency protocols.
  • Maintain current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certifications.

Estimated Salary: $32,000 - $37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
