Rehabilitation Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Technician to join our team at Memorial Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide essential support to our therapists and patients, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care support to clinicians, including assisting with therapeutic activities and documenting patient progress.
• Transport patients to and from activities as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Prepare treatment areas, clean therapeutic equipment, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Perform clerical tasks, including data entry and communication with healthcare team members.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Experience working with adult and geriatric populations is desirable.
• Current BLS certification required or obtained within ninety days of completing new employee orientation.
