About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales & Estimating Representative to join our team at Inter-Co Division 10 Inc. This is a hybrid role, working from home 3-4 days a week and traveling to our Columbus office 1-2 days a week during the training program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop relationships with a customer base consisting of general contractors and building owners
  • Quote jobs for General Contractors by reading architectural plans and specifications
  • Source products from various suppliers to obtain competitive material costs
  • Phone customers to follow up on quotes sent and negotiate contracts
  • Proactively schedule in-person sales meetings for existing and prospective customers
  • Attend and participate in trade shows and other business-related events
  • Travel within the Cincinnati territory
Requirements
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Highly motivated and ability to motivate self when working from home
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
