We are looking for experienced and driven Float Pool Registered Nurses (RNs) to help us achieve our objectives. We will equip you with the necessary tools and resources to thrive within our organization and advance your nursing career.
Responsibilities in this Role:
- Exhibit advanced nursing knowledge, skills, and understanding of the unique needs of the patient population.
- As a float pool nurse, apply your specialized skills and unit-specific competencies.
- Supervise and guide the care provided by CNAs and assistive personnel, maintaining accountability for the care delivered to assigned patients.
- Be prepared to rotate to various areas beyond your usual assignment, performing only those duties for which you have demonstrated competency.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or an active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required for all Float Pool Registered Nurses.
- Additional certifications may be required based on specialty unit (ACLS, PALS, STABLE, TNCC, ENPC, and/or NRP).
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience in acute care is required. Experience requirements may vary based on specific positions and departments.
