Primary Care Physician

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking a part-time Primary Care Physician to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to underserved patients
- Teach and mentor residents and fellows in internal medicine
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Collaborate with clinical support staff, including pharmacists, community health workers, dietitians, and social workers
- Board certification or board eligibility in internal medicine
- Bilingual Spanish or Cantonese a plus
