- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Maintenance Technician will work in a manufacturing environment with regular exposure to dirt, dust, paint fumes, noise, heights, moving equipment, heavy steel, and other possible hazardous conditions. Safety Glasses, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel-toed boots are required; a respirator is required for specific operations.
