Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation of Goods: Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods from one location to another.
  • Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Logistics Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of cargo, including weight, dimensions, and delivery times.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely delivery of goods and communicating with customers regarding any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • CDL A License: Possess a valid CDL A license with the necessary endorsements.
  • Experience: Have at least 9 months of experience in a tractor-trailer or comparable vehicle within the past 3 years, or 2 years of experience within the last 5 years, or 5 years of experience within the last 10 years.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
