About the Role:

As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintenance of Automated Machinery: Ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment, performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance: Conduct thorough inspections of all manufacturing machinery, identifying and addressing any issues or defects to prevent equipment failure.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a solid understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems, as well as experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and CMMS software.
  • Light Welding and Fabrication: Perform light welding and fabrication tasks to repair or replace machine parts, using techniques such as stick or MIG welding.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Utilize your analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues with machinery, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist with building, grounds, and preventative maintenance throughout the facility, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least one year of experience as an industrial technician and at least two years of experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMMS software, experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens PLCs, and knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
