Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop sustainable methods for calculating raw stock needs for dynamic production schedules.
  • Work closely with Production Schedulers and Purchasing on process improvement, troubleshooting, and root causing.
  • Lead or support Lean/Kaizen activities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide hands-on support for inventory disposition and mitigation.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Finance.
  • Proficient in the use of ERP or other computer systems and Microsoft Suite.
  • Proficient in Excel, including charts and graphs, with experience in Pivot tables and Macros a plus.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to facilitate conflicts.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with a sense of urgency.
  • Solid work ethic, honoring responsibility and commitment.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with a focus on English language.
  • Proven ability to achieve results.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to set overall priorities and form action plans to implement and monitor for results.
