Your responsibilities will include cleaning, drying, demolition, and various other restoration tasks. The ideal candidate will appreciate the significance of this role and demonstrate a strong commitment to the quality of their work and its impact on clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to work orders and follow the guidance of the crew chief.
  • Execute cleaning, drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels in the work vehicle and stock necessary supplies for each assignment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and vehicle.
  • Prepare job sites for restoration efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with the crew chief and fellow Restoration Specialists.
  • Inspect and operate equipment as required.
  • Engage with clients in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with construction and building materials.
  • Preferred certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC).
  • Prior experience as a Restoration Specialist or in a comparable position is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, including climbing ladders.
  • Willingness to travel, both locally and out of state.
  • Previous experience as a handyman is beneficial.
  • Understanding of job site safety regulations.
  • Ability to lift weights exceeding 40 lbs.
