ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Part-time Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.

Supporting heroes makes you one too. This is your opportunity to assist nurses, therapists, veterinarians, and other healthcare professionals in feeling comfortable and looking their best as they perform their vital roles.

HERE'S WHAT WE OFFER
  • Competitive base pay starting at $14.00 per hour

  • Part-time hours ranging from 20-25 hours weekly
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Adhere to UA's Customer Service Standards
  • Be the most approachable product expert
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information
  • Efficiently process sales and returns to expedite customer service
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures
  • Prepare displays, price items, and maintain cleanliness
OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • A friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks with composure
  • Willingness to adjust hours as needed
  • Pass an online assessment, background check, and drug screening
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years of retail sales or relevant experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
  • Use hands and arms to reach for and handle merchandise
  • Engage in various physical activities including lifting and climbing
  • Lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Follow safety protocols to protect staff and customers
  • Occasional offsite work at temporary locations
