Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
  • Assist with clinical procedures, patient teaching, and direction of non-licensed personnel.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
  • New York State (NYS) license with current NYS registration, in good standing.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience as a licensed practical nurse or 2+ years as a Medical Assistant in a pertinent practice area (preferred).
