- Manage bookkeeping logs, insurance sales records, and customer databases to track progress toward monthly goals.
- Provide personalized insurance plan recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Core computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are essential.
- P&C insurance license is required for this role.
- Proficiency in sales and accounting software is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, customer service, and communication skills are required.
