Job Summary:

The successful candidate will utilize their knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and MRI principles to operate MRI scanners, assist in diagnosis, and ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI scanners and related equipment
  • Position patients and coils on a table
  • Inject contrast media as required
  • Set technical parameters and observe image data
  • Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations
Requirements:
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • Valid state radiology registration
  • Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology
