Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role

  • Unload delivery trucks, unwrap and inspect plants, and manage delivery paperwork and organization
  • Water, prune, and pamper a variety of interior and exterior tropical plants
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy workspace, including the shop, breakroom, and office areas
  • Conduct regular inventories of shop items and notify office staff of low stock levels to ensure timely reordering
  • Assist in setting up work areas for seasonal projects by gathering supplies and arranging workstations
  • Provide support to technicians by answering questions, assisting with plant availability, and ensuring they have all necessary supplies
