About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Children's Behavior Therapy INC. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ABA services to children and families in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior plans to promote positive behavior change
  • Collect and record data on client progress
  • Collaborate with BCBA's to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide support and guidance to families and caregivers

Requirements

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Medicaid provider number
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Driver's license and car insurance
