Key Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for:
1. Coordinating nursing care, including direct patient care and patient/family education.
2. Supporting professional nursing practices across various settings and throughout the continuum of care.
3. Implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients.
Leadership and Accountability:
The RN will take on leadership roles through:

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Have one year of RN experience in a relevant care setting or one year of LPN experience at Mayo Clinic.
- Possess computer skills, with prior experience in electronic medical record systems preferred.
- Be flexible to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
