Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bell Person to join our team at SP Plus Corporation. As a Bell Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to hotel guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Escort guests to and from their accommodations, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Transport and handle luggage with care, ensuring it is safely stored and retrieved.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and friendly manner, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, using extreme care when handling guest belongings.
  • Collaborate with management and leadership to ensure guest feedback is addressed and resolved.
  • Be punctual and reliable, adhering to scheduled work hours and maintaining a neat and clean appearance.

Requirements:

  • Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information to customers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
