Job Summary:

Clean and maintain all areas of the Foodservice Department according to safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain carts and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and cleaning solutions.
• Perform warewashing duties per safety guidelines, including dishmachine and three-compartment pot sink.
• Collect and dispose of all food-related and recyclable waste/trash.
• Transport carts, deliver meal trays, or pick up meal trays from assigned areas.
• Comply with internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements/standards regarding kitchen safety and sanitation.
