This part-time position requires availability on Mondays and Thursdays, with additional weekend shifts available during our busy season.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our breakfast team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you'll be responsible for prepping food, cleaning, restocking, and greeting guests during your shift. Your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain complete knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and features and services provided by the hotel.
  • Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests.
  • Be aware of guests' needs; assist in providing a pleasant experience.
  • Promote and educate guests on all breakfast options available per brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must possess basic computational ability.
  • Must possess basic computer skills.
