The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills, prior coaching experience, and USSS/USASA coaching certification (Level 100 or higher) or international equivalent. You will work collaboratively to develop training ideas, implement plans based on seasonal and competition objectives, and provide a safe, positive environment for athletes to thrive.

About Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly rate within the range of $20.00 - $22.76, commensurate with qualifications and experience. This position requires a strong commitment to skiing/riding safely in various terrain conditions during prolonged periods.
