Financial Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Controller to drive financial excellence and spearhead process improvements in our thriving company located in Decorah, Iowa.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers, strategic decision-making, and operational success, with at least 10 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in multi-site manufacturing. Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus

• Lead Financial Operations: Oversee all accounting department functions, including financial reporting, audits, and budgeting.
• Ensure Accuracy: Drive timely and precise financial closes and reporting to support decision-making.
• Provide Insights: Analyze and interpret financial data to guide strategic business initiatives.
• Optimize Processes: Ensure efficient accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and compliance processes.
• Support Growth: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash management to support business objectives.
• Collaborate & Lead: Mentor and inspire a team of accounting professionals while working cross-functionally.
• Drive Compliance: Manage audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.
