Job Title: Material Handler/Packaging Operator

Location: Medway, MA

Shift Timings: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with overtime opportunities

Duration: Up to 6 months

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour on a W2 basis

Job Summary:

LanceSoft is seeking a skilled Material Handler/Packaging Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assessing material needs, developing forecasts, and ordering materials to support our production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport materials, including raw materials, components, packaging materials, finished goods, and scrap, to and from the production floor.
  • Complete required paperwork to accompany outgoing materials, such as intercompany bills-of-lading.
  • Prepare outgoing materials using various methods, including scanning, labeling, and wrapping.
  • Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintaining records of received goods and rejecting unsatisfactory items.
  • Lift heavy items and operate a forklift or pallet jack as needed.
  • Post weights and shipping charges.
