Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at American River Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a full range of nursing care to residents, including medication administration, monitoring, and maintaining confidentiality of resident care information.
  • Conduct daily rounds to observe residents' physical and emotional status, and provide necessary interventions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive the highest quality care.
  • Participate in maintaining a culture of safety and promoting a healthy practice and living environment.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse in the state.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
  • Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
  • Behavioral care / memory care experience.
  • Experience with Point Click Care (PCC).
