We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Tower Health. As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our anesthesia department.
Key Responsibilities- Administer anesthetics to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives
Our team of 35 CRNAs, 29 MDAs, and 24 Residents performs over 35,000 surgical procedures annually, covering a wide range of cases, including OB, trauma, neuro, pediatrics, and cardiology. We value a culture of mutual respect, cooperation, and integrity, and our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
What We Offer- Generous per diem rate
- Flexible scheduling
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
- Minimum one year of experience in critical care nursing
- Completion of an accredited school of nurse anesthesia
- Current certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
