Key Responsibilities:- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing exceptional patient care and services.
- Progress patient plans of care established by physical therapists.
- Communicate with supervising physical therapists regarding patient treatment plans, follow-up appointments, and potential discharges.
- Supervise rehabilitation aides and administrative staff as needed.
- Document patient treatment and complete written communications in a timely manner.
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Current licensure as a PTA in IL (or willingness to apply) and CPR certification.
