CHRISTUS Health is seeking Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join our care team at a Level III trauma center.

  • We offer a shift-based model with a dynamic and supportive work environment.
  • Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art ORs and utilizes the Epic health record system.
  • We do not have heart surgery, pediatric, or transplant cases.

Our compensation package includes an annual base salary of $220,000, plus additional bonus opportunities, including an engagement incentive, sign-on bonus, and retention bonuses.

We also offer an excellent relocation package, CME and licensure allowance, generous time off, fully paid malpractice coverage, and flexible benefit offerings.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Completion of an accredited training program
  • Active licensure in New Mexico
  • At least one year of experience preferred
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
