Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at The Pines at Glens Falls. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Patient Assessments: Evaluate the physical and emotional needs of our residents to develop personalized care plans.
  • Develop Individualized Care Plans: Create and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
  • Administer Medications and Treatments: Safely and effectively administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and Record Patient Vital Signs: Track and record patient vital signs and medical status to ensure timely interventions.
  • Provide Wound Care and Nursing Interventions: Provide wound care and other nursing interventions to promote healing and prevent complications.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Team: Work with the resident care team to ensure the delivery of holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
  • Train and Guide LPNs and CNAs: Mentor and train Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to deliver quality care.
