About the Job

Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including outpatient, rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individualized treatment sessions to patients, utilizing a range of modalities and techniques to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient progress.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
  • Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
