Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly dedicated Clinical Care Technician to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health. As a Clinical Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care to our patients in the Cardiac Post CTICU department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide nursing care, including taking vital signs, EKGs, and performing phlebotomy.
- Provide patient care based on physical, educational, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients in assigned service.
- Participate in collaboration of our patient's plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic Life Support (CPR) through American Heart Association.
- Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program preferred.
