Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Store Clerk to join our team in Black Diamond, WA. As a Store Clerk, you will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and managing the cash register.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, treating customers professionally and promptly.
  • Perform cashier duties, including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
  • Display and organize products in the store for easy customer access.
  • Maintain the store's appearance through dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise.
  • Order merchandise and track inventory as assigned.
  • Monitor customers to assist in loss prevention.
  • Assist with display preparation and promotions.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
  • Must meet minimum age requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to customers and coworkers.
  • Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, squat, bend, and lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly.
