Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Expert to provide exceptional customer experiences at The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued.

Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders from customers and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation methods to showcase our culinary expertise.
• Converse with customers to ensure their satisfaction and make necessary adjustments to their orders.
• Upsell other food and beverage products to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Invite customers with a smile and a pleasing personality to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Perform other responsibilities as a cashier or other tasks as needed, and follow directions from your supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cashier or server is preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays/beverages.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle register and financial tasks if assigned.
• Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy with a desire to follow directions and learn.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
