Orthodontic Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthodontic Assistant to join our team at Jubilee Dental and Braces. As a key member of our orthodontic team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our mission to create happy, healthy smiles.

• Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring a positive experience for every individual who walks through our doors.
• Guide patients and parents through our processes, providing clear instructions and education on oral hygiene and postoperative care.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized instruction on maintaining a healthy smile.
• Prepare patients for examination and treatment, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Assist professional dental staff with treatment, taking x-rays, and saving them to patient charts.
• Prepare tray set-ups for dental procedures, mix amalgam, cement, pulp paste, and prepare impression materials.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Document patient information, treatment plans, and procedures in patient charts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Pour, trim, and polish impression casts, and fabricate custom impression trays.
• Perform to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs.

• Orthodontic or Dental Assistant Certification (State dependent)
• Some experience in Orthodontic Assisting is strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel in the territory assigned to the team
