Rolling Die Cutter Specialist

VIP Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Rolling Die Cutter Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our rolling die cutting equipment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-speed machinery, as well as strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products meet quality and production standards.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and holidays.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating rolling die cutting equipment: Set up and operate rolling die cutters to produce high-quality products.
- Maintenance and repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality control: Inspect products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
- Training and development: Train and assist junior staff members in operating equipment and performing tasks.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with rolling die cutting equipment
- Degree in mechanical engineering or related field (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
