We are seeking a skilled Coatings Technician to join our team at McCLARIN Composites. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and applying paint coatings to products according to customer specifications.

About the Position:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paint coatings and will be able to mix paints to match customer color specifications.
  • The successful candidate will be able to apply various pigmented coatings to products in specialized paint booths with precision and attention to detail.
  • The position requires a high level of organization and the ability to stage materials required for coating process.

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a painter
  • Experience in auto-body painting, powder coating or other HVLP application systems preferred
