Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow business relationships with strategic accounts.
  • Cultivate knowledge of product best practices and workflows to ensure effective coaching and training of corporate staff, franchise owners, and end users.
  • Collaborate with customers and product managers to prioritize product enhancement requests and drive successful implementation.
  • Analyze user engagement data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences through targeted marketing and communications efforts.
  • Lead business reviews to demonstrate the value proposition of ServiceTitan and identify areas for growth.
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer support tickets and maintain accurate account and contact records.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience managing multiple accounts and/or projects with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional account management skills and project management expertise with strict attention to detail.
  • A natural ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel nationwide (< 15%).
