Responsibilities of the Wardrobe Coordinator include:
- Issuing uniforms to uniformed departments in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Generating accurate documents for financial control of uniform inventory
- Applying computerized inventory labels to uniforms
- Performing physical inventories in multiple locations
- Receiving and processing incoming shipments of uniforms
- Inspecting new stock for quality assurance
- Monitoring stock levels and communicating with management
- Preparing garments for laundry
Requirements for the Wardrobe Coordinator role include a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of customer service and data entry experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced and often crowded, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.
The Tribal Council gives preference in employment practices to Native Americans, and first preference is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. As part of the hiring process, candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check.
