Computer Systems Security Specialist

ProSync is seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Security Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of ProSync's systems and networks.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing system backups and executing system recovery processes
  • Conducting technical internal and external information system security audits
  • Reviewing and analyzing cyber-relevant information contained in industrial security, counterintelligence, and cybersecurity reports
  • Tracking the performance of classified information security programs
  • Recommending courses of action by reviewing agency performance in terms of metrics, audits, strategies, and coordinating with the Government to address risks and issues


Requirements include:

  • Seven (7) years of experience in installing and configuring security software, securing networks through firewalls, and implementing secure framework and risk management methodologies
  • Five (5) years of experience in acting on privacy breaches and malware threats, serving as a security expert, and conducting training
  • Two (2) years of experience in system administration or security roles, networking and system administration, and firewall and endpoint security systems maintenance and functionality


Preferred qualifications include analyzing performance and developing, executing, planning, and documenting security test procedures and documenting results.
