The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Therapy Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for leading our speech therapy department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the speech therapy team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Advanced degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in speech therapy, with a focus on leadership and management.Proven track record of clinical excellence, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
