Job Overview

International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is a faith-based organization dedicated to making the world feel at home. We offer a range of services to international students, including airport pickups, holiday hosting, temporary housing, conversation partnerships, and social events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve international students by starting Bible discussion groups, hosting events, and mentoring at least one international student.
  • Register and maintain IFI as a recognized student organization and build relationships with campus staff and organizations.
  • Establish partnerships with local churches and mobilize volunteers.
  • Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships by sharing the ministry's vision.
Requirements
  • Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies.
  • Faithful, loyal, and dedicated to IFI's mission to extend God's love globally.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in education and/or ministry-related field or demonstrated experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people.
