Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee one of our Memory Care Communities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing community staff and day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional care and services for residents.

  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation among staff to deliver high-quality services that maintain and enhance resident stability, independence, and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement an annual business plan to drive occupancy and achieve financial goals.
  • Represent the community to external stakeholders, including governmental agencies, professional organizations, and community groups.

Requirements:

  • Licensed assisted living and memory care administrator in Oregon.
  • Solid Executive Director experience in both assisted living and memory care, with a waiver from Oregon DHS to serve as the named licensed administrator for both units.
  • Proven ability to hire, direct, and manage associates, with a strong work history demonstrating leadership skills.
