Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical (Acute Care Telemetry)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team at Havasu Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition, developing and implementing individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- RN License in the State of AZ or another compact state.
- BLS required upon hire.
- ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire.
- EKG course and NIHSS Stroke within 30 days of hire.
