About the Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Lead Pharmacy Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and support to our pharmacy staff and helping to develop and implement best practices in patient care.

The Role: As a Clinical Lead Pharmacy Professional, you will work closely with the management team to develop and implement clinical programs and services that improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. You will also provide ongoing education and training to pharmacy staff members to ensure they have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality patient care.

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around $115,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and promotions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities: Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing clinical guidance and support to pharmacy staff members
  • Developing and implementing clinical programs and services
  • Providing ongoing education and training to pharmacy staff members

Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and be licensed to practice as a pharmacist in the state of operation. You should also have at least 5 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting and possess strong clinical skills and leadership abilities.
