Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Regularly reassess treatment plans and communicate patient progress to the treatment team, physicians, and family members.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure seamless care coordination and enhance patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective discharge plans, providing patients and families with necessary resources and support.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred.
